Nemtek was founded as the technical division of the Nemesi Italia group, active in information technology in Bergamo since 1993. We handle the analysis, design and delivery of networks and IT infrastructure for small and medium-sized businesses, working as a system integrator: we assess the need, define the technical solution and put it into operation.
Our approach is consultative: we start with a conversation with the client to understand the day-to-day operations the infrastructure has to support, then analyse the existing network to identify genuine room for improvement. Only then do we define the hardware, software, security and efficiency of the solution, taking its future evolution into account as well.
Technical work is organised by area of expertise — support, networks and security, monitoring, design — but every client has a single point of contact who follows the project from analysis through to deployment.
We operate with our own identity and manage projects independently, while remaining part of the Nemesi Italia group. We do not sell hardware or software directly: for direct supply we refer clients to the group.

TECHNICAL SUPPORT
We step in remotely or on site when something stops working: workstations, servers, networks, peripherals. We give priority to clients whose systems are down and keep a record of every job, so we can identify recurring problems and fix them at the root rather than simply patching them.

PROACTIVE MONITORING
Using a dedicated platform we keep servers, endpoints and networks under central control, without interfering with day-to-day work. We detect drops in performance, missing updates and warning signs before they turn into a failure, and step in ahead of time.

CONSULTANCY
Before proposing a solution, we listen: a conversation with the client to understand how they work, followed by an analysis of the existing infrastructure. From there we identify genuine room for improvement and set out priorities, timescales and costs clearly.

ANALYSIS, DESIGN AND DELIVERY OF IT AND NETWORK INFRASTRUCTURE
We define the most suitable infrastructure in terms of resources, performance, security and efficiency, then build it: servers, data networks, VoIP, connectivity. We also assess the expected workload, so the solution supports the company's growth, not just its present needs.
